The counter help are beyond rude. They should realize they're NOT the owner. Customer service needs to be trained I guess.
Don't write open at 5:30AM on the door if you don't open up until after 6:00. ON A WEEKEND! I give lots of business to all of the bakers dozen restaurants. No longer the Plainfield one.
Donuts not fresh lately.. last few times they were stale. Used to be good. Kept hoping was a fluke, 3 times stale. Coffee was decent.
