Second time I've been here where the pretzel is hard as rock. And when I asked to get a new one, they said it would take 30minutes.

Love love love these pretzels and the staff is always so friendly! I seldom go to a place where they say welcome to Auntie Annes and Cinnabon. That made me smile! Real customer service!

Rewards program it's a pain to have to call auntie anne's to get points. When your business is suppose to have a QR code on the receipt for its customers. It's not that hard to fix this issue....
