Terrible customer service at this Norwalk location. Arrogant and no respect for customers paying 1000 for a new phone. And I ordered online and only had to deal with in store pick up.

Made an appointment for a phone upgrade and they took people on a first come first basis. Terrible customer service. Why have appointments. Ridiculous
