Electro-Methods was established in 1965 as an aerospace manufacturer dedicated to insure the finest in service, price, quality and delivery of close tolerance flight safety critical aerospace components. Its customers include major aircraft engine manufacturers as well as the United States and foreign governments. Electro-Methods is a registered ISO9001-2000/AS9002 manufacturer of machined and fabricated complex parts and assemblies in the compressor, turbine and combustor sections of turbine engines. Its South Windsor, CT facility consists of 109,800 square feet of manufacturing, inspection and administration space. Electro-Methods is approved by NADCAP, the U.S. Government, General Electric and Honeywell to perform in house vacuum heat treating and brazing, manual and automatic fusion welding, electrical discharge machining, anti-gall, riveting, balancing, fluorescent penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection and radiographic inspection. These special processes are in addition to its CNC and manual turning and grinding, CNC 5 axis milling and sheet metal forming capabilities.
