Area Nine Cable Council

The Area 9 Cable Council (A9CC) is a state-mandated governmental body comprised of appointed volunteer representatives from ten municipalities in Connecticut, including Wilton and Norwalk. This advisory group advocates for the interests of Optimum cable television customers and promotes the utilization of Public Education and Government Access (PEG) program services.
