Pity those who's company uses Anthem Services! I had Inspire Sleep implant surgery and they refused to pay saying it was not proven to help sleep apnea. It's FDA approved and many testimonials...

I was denied coverage for equipment i had tried and found it to work great for me . They sent me a 39 pages of policy . they never even looked at what it did for me. I do not understand why...
