I am with Amica for more than 20 years. They have gone from an expensive insurance company, with excellent customer service, to an expensive insurance company with mediocre customer service....

There is no question their phone personal service has deteriorated, but at least I am always talking to someone whose Primary language is English, but more importantly their claims service is great.

I have insured my home and 3 automobile policies with Amica for more than 25 years. At one time Amica was a 5 star company focused on customer care but something has changed not for the better....

Terrible Company! Liars and Thieves! They pay at fault individuals even after the court rules the operators liability! They don't back their insured! Lowlife Insurance!
