A Loving Touch-Doula Care

History

I am the mother of four grown children. My pregnancies were easy and my children all nursed about one year. I had lots of friends and family nearby to support me. It wasn't so easy for most of my friends. They were far from their families and felt very much alone. I was encouraging them to breastfeed, teaching them how to sleep train, and guiding them in all areas of infant and toddler care and education. Becoming a postpartum doula was a very natural transition. I have continued to increase my knowledge and have become a Newborn Care Specialist.

I am a postpartum doula and a Newborn Care Specialist, supporting new moms and their families, after the birth of your baby or your multiple babies. This is a very exciting and overwhelming time for many families and having the help and care of a professional can ease the stress and make this a wonderful experience. I offer postnatal support, newborn care and guidance, breastfeeding support, nutritional meals, sibling care, errands and encouragement. Overnights available.
