Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation, a worldwide technology company with a long history of pioneering advancements in aerospace, aviation, helicopter design, climate control, elevator design and hydrogen fuel cells. Sikorsky helicopters occupy a prominent position in the intermediate to heavy range of 11,700-pound to 73,500-pound gross weight helicopters.
