History

The Yoga Center of Steamboat is one of the oldest Yoga Studios in Steamboat Springs, CO. A lot of our previous owners still teach at the studio, and you'll find students who have practiced in the space since day one. Our floor to ceiling windows give you an amazing view of the Yampa River and Emerald Mountain. This creates a wonderful connection to nature bringing the outdoors in.

Specialties

We offer over 25 weekly classes including specialty workshops. We offer a variety of styles: Gentle Yoga, Restorative, Yin, Slow Flow, and Restorative are on our regular schedule. However, if you're looking for something more specific for your practice, reach out for a 1 on 1 session and we'll connect you with a teacher that you can really connect with. At the Yoga Center we believe there is something for everyone, time to find the yoga that works for you.
