Brookshire House Rehabilitation and Care Center is dedicated to providing rehabilitation and all stages of memory care services for those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia in a safe, welcoming environment. Brookshire is a premier choice for families in need of memory support. Along with working ties to the Rocky Mountain Alzheimer's Association, we are a host site for the Alzheimer's Association's Art Therapy Program Memories in the Making. We also offer a family support group for dementia caregiver needs. Brookshire House features both secure and non-secure settings.

Broomfield Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a more than 180-bed facility, offering a variety of nursing and 24-hour emergency care services. The center provides therapies, which include physical, occupational, speech and intravenous. Its special services comprise personal laundry, beauty salon and barbershop. The center also offers resident programs that include various social activities, such as birthday parties, painting classes and religious services. Its hospice program offers services in medical, physical and psychological health. Broomfield Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center also has dietary and geriatric rehabilitation programs. Additional services offered by the center include wound and comprehensive mental health awareness programs. The center also provides treatment for patients suffering from Alzheimer s disease.
