Windsor Parks and Recreation Department maintains various community parks, open lands, cultural amenities and a community recreation center. The department has an aquatic division that offers various activities, such as swimming lessons, diving lessons, lap swimming and aqua fitness classes. The department also has a recreation division, which organizes a range of activities, such as instructional programs, brochure publication and travel excursions. Additionally, it plants and maintains trees in public spaces, approves landscaping permits for right of ways and provides technical assistance to developers. Windsor Parks and Recreation Department also offers a range of youth and adult athletic activities that include baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, softball and tennis.

What a wonderful asset for Windsor. Our family enjoys the center from the pool with the grandchildren to the walking track. The staff is always helpful and pleasant.

I come here very often and it is great. The staff is friendly and patient. I've never had a bad experience here
