Do not trust the pictures on their web site. We stayed at Tranquil and we paid $400 for cleaning and $150 for damage. The house already had damage and was not all that clean. Needed a major update...

Do not take care of their customers and business model is based off scamming people to put a down payment for the rental before reading contracts.
