History

The owner was part of a grass roots organization in the 70's that investigated ingredients in foods for use for people with sensitivities - In the 80's she managed a french cafe in Boulder, CO, learning to appreciate specialty foods. Working as a national rep for Allegro Coffee Company before it was purchased by Whole Foods in the 90's made her appreciate that there was a need for this service in the industry to bring outrageous healthy foods to the consumer.
