History

I have been dedicated to the practice of yoga since 2010, and it has changed my life. I struggled with severe depression as a young adult, and on my path to healing, I found yoga and meditation. Yoga gave me the safe space I needed to heal my deep wounds and truly find self-love and acceptance. It is my calling in this life to educate and empower others to heal themselves from the inside out, cultivating a deep sense of compassion and confidence in who they truly are. I strive to educate people on how to use their equipment - body, mind, breath - to their advantage so they can reclaim their health. My business is my way of meeting people where they are so we can walk the path to healing together.
