Western United Electric Supply Corporation is one of the largest single-house electric utility distributors in the United States. It is owned by more than 35 electric cooperatives in the states of Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Nebraska. The company is a member of the Electric Utility Distributors Association. It works in association with various manufacturing partners, including American Electric Lighting, Brooks Lumber, Bell Poles, Carson Boxes, Conduit Pipe Products and Cantex. The company operates through sales, accounting, administrative and human resources departments. Western Electrical Substation and Transmission, a department of Western United Electric Supply Corporation, is a full-line substation, transmission and distribution packager. Western United Electric Supply Corporation has been operational for more than 30 years.
