1- was calling yesterday to talk to a pharmacist and was put on hold. Ok...they're busy??? Kept on the line for 2 hrs so finally decided to drive over only to find out the pharmacist had left...

This particular Walgreens SUCKS. There's not a single time I go through the drive through, and it doesn't take me at least 20 minutes. Employees are absolutely clueless. Maybe more training??
