Yeah, if I could do 0 stars I would. When my business failed, I cancelled their service and I got verbal and written confirmation that if I would pay off the equipment they would stop billing me...

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would! We tried them out for 6 months. Vival did a poor job of SEO and SEM, undid our web developers' work which they were not authorized to do, which cost us more...
