Visiting Nurse Association

Established in 1889, Visiting Nurse Association of Colorado is one of the state's oldest home health agencies, with offices in Denver and Colorado Springs, Colo. It provides nursing, rehabilitation and speech therapies, medical social work and paraprofessional assistance. The center additionally provides a full continuum of care, from prenatal to hospice, and high-tech services, including in-home blood transfusion, chemotherapy and infusion therapy. It also provides psychiatric nursing and mental health services in clients homes and nursing centers, and clinical specialists with expertise in wound care, diabetes, asthma, cardiac care and intravenous therapy. The center serves more than 15,000 clients per year, and operates more than 60 senior services clinics.
