Victory Taekwondo Center is a student centered school established in California in 2004. VTC encourages, inspires and nurtures our students to grow and mature in a positive way. We teach the 12 tenets and 5 rules of concentration of VTC, essential life skills that parents and teachers teach, and world class martial arts instruction through positive reinforcement. * We are committed to practicing biblical principles in everything that we do. * We maintain a clean, safe, healthy and family atmosphere of mutual respect and courtesy. * We position our instructor in authority but not in an ego-centered way. VTC is proud to have the only former World Taekwondo Champion in Olympic style Taekwondo and have a staff of instructors who are highly respected in their professional field.
