Reverend Al Loma, the Senior Pastor of Victory Outreach Church of Colorado Springs, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. With a background in business public administration and a Masters in Strategic Leadership, Reverend Al is also a founding board member of Star Academy, a Charter School focused on serving at-risk families. Additionally, he serves as the Director of the School Board of Education for the Colorado Springs School District 11, where he has played a pivotal role in implementing budget reductions and aligning resources to the district's strategic business plan.
