We have our own sausage kitchen which produces a large array of award winning fresh and smoked sausages, beef and buffalo jerky, summer sausages and snack sticks. Valley Packing and Catering can obtain and/or process roasting hogs for your personal use. Mobile pig roasters and barbeques are for rent for those who prefer to do it themselves. We have staff that can cook, deliver, and carve a whole roast pig right at your next catered affair.
