USPS always gets so much hate because "they aren't quick enough", "they are incompetent", "they are trying to lose my mail" and whatever else you hear from people who are upset they have to wait...

I would give 0 stars. I regularly sent items from the Uk, and this is the worst service I've ever received from a US post office. They did not attempt to delivery to my customer in Snowmass....

We have received emails from the Snowmass Village post office for MONTHS saying that we need to pick up the key for our post office box. Most times I go I am told they don't have any. "Sorry"....
