I'm not sure why US bank has this guy Tony as a manager. This poor girl Blanca has no help here while theres a line of people behind me while Tony just sits in his office. I tried to help help...

The Bank tellers will totally ignore you they act like your not in line waiting to be serviced! They work like sloths. Waiting in line is feels forever. The ATM there is always out of service.
