Painful wait times . No one working front counter and 2 employees in cubicles. They need someone to handle simple transactions while people opening accounts are tended to.

Awful place don't care about your money only care to make money. Will do whatever is easiest for the company won't do anything for the customer wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Screw us bank
