I got a salad and my boiled egg still had egg shells. When I ordered a to go order the person who took my order said I will get a text once my food is ready. I waited about 30min then went to ask...

I live in Denver but had some work early in the Springs. Tried the eatery and liked the protein bowl but not the avacado sauce they put on top. Great all you can drink coffee and great service.

I love having the option of Urban Egg as a Sunday brunch spot. I ordered the Carnitas Bowl with the Maui Waui mimosa. There was a long wait time, slow service, and difficult to park. A bit noisy...

Honestly pretty impressed. This was our first time at the Briargate location and our server was friendly plus food came out quickly especially considering how busy they were on a Sunday morning....
