Incorporated in 2004, Ur-Energy is a publicly held mining company engaged in the exploration and acquisition of uranium properties in the United States and Canada. It has operational control over the Thelon and Hornby Bay located in the northern Proterozoic Basins in Canada. Additionally, the company operates the Athabasca Basin located in Saskatchewan in Canada. It controls more than 15 uranium prospects throughout Wyoming in the U.S. The company also owns and operates the Lost Soldier and Lost Creek properties located in the Great Divide Basin in Wyoming. Ur-Energy conducts several drilling and development programs.
