Bankers Bank of the West is a correspondent bank serving independent community banks in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. Formed in 1980, BBW has branch locations in Denver and Lincoln, Colo. The bank offers a wide variety of traditional correspondent services, such as federal funds, cash letters, international services, lock box, loans, over line and liquidity participations, loans to officers and directors of independent banks, federal funds lines of credit, bank stock loans, and financing. It also offers commercial lending services, flood and real estate tax programs, leasing, regulation reports, stock book values, and credit card services. The bank provides investment services in partnership with Kirkpatrick Pettis, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mutual of Omaha Insurance.
