Terrible u haul service center. They weren't open during their posted hours. I showed up to drop it off - no one is here. I tried using their barcode to drop off after hours and it didn't work...

My truck isn't here. I'm going to have to pay my movers extra because my truck that I rented months ago isn't here and I have to drive way out of my way to get one now. So frustrated.

RUDE SERVICE. The guy that works there is always in a grumpy mood. Don't bother asking for help AT ALL if you're checking in online he'll be very honest and up front and tell you he can't help you.

This place was terrible to deal with. Rented a 26' for one day but couldn't get unloaded in 24 hours because a forklift we ordered wasn't delivered in time. They called and text me 15 times...
