Boulder Community Health is a not-for-profit, integrated regional health system with facilities throughout Boulder and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide our community with the highest value healthcare in an innovative, patient-centric environment.

The Denver North Care Center is an 80-plus-bed skilled nursing facility. It specializes in short-term rehabilitative services and is located in Denver. The center also offers long-term care, respite and psychiatric services. It works closely with the medical and mental health community to provide care for adults of all ages. The Denver North Care Center has a certified addiction recovery unit that provides group education and therapy sessions. The center additionally provides intravenous therapy and hospice and advanced wound care services. Its other services include dementia care, diabetes management and psychiatric counseling. The Denver North Care Center also conducts various social and recreational activities, including arts and crafts, cards and excursions.
