We have a special passion for working with young people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and family conflict. Adolescence is a pivotal time in your life and it can be positive. This is a time of creativity, developing new relationships with peers and adults, questioning assumptions, and being inquisitive. We help adolescents and their parents identify strengths and choose healthy skills for coping, growing, and communicating.
