I'm surprised by all the low reviews here, because my experience was fantastic. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and nice after a long day drive. Would stay here again for sure.

The Village at Breckenridge is a non-smoking property located at the base of Peak 9 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort, adjacent to the Peak 9 Quicksilver Super 6 chair lift. The Village's buildings include five buildings connected by a plaza of privately owned condos as well as a ski school, sports equipment rental shops and urgent care medical center. The Village offers a new health club that includes: indoor/outdoor heated pool, children's shallow pool with slide and water features, 4 large hot tubs, gym, steam room, sauna, community game room, movie theater and x box game room. All condos have access to the same amenities, as well as fully equipped kitchens. Specific units have fireplaces and balconies. Condos are all privately owned so designs, updates and furnishings will vary based on the owner. You can book directly with owners or local management companies to guarantee which specific unit you would like to book.

Location, location, location. If you want to be close to town and close to the slopes, this is a good location. The front desk and valet staff were all nice. That is really all you can say about...

Don't stay here. Not accommodating at all. No help with luggage. They don't honor late check outs - actually " only 5" for the entire resort. Should have stayed at the double tree.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the slopes and is ski in/ski out, sort of. If you check out in the morning but plan to ski that day, be advised the hotel will hit you with a late...
