Sorry, still a bad experience. I went in their today and the gal did help figure out where 1 package went. We brought 2. Where is the other? It had 8 books and only need to be done up and sent....

Although the staff is nice, they are over-worked/under-staffed. I was charged .50 cents for one price of tape. Really? It was an AMazon return. I typically buy a book of stamps, but not today.

It states that they're open till 6:30 I came at six and they were already closed. This is frustrating because I had a second day air that needed to be sent.

This location has the rudest employees. Immediately met with attitude and unhelpful attitude. Attempting to do an Amazon return, the employee didn't even let me explain or look pull up an info...
