The Pines

The Pines is located on a quiet cull-de-sac that backs up to the San Juan National Forest with great mountain views in all directions. You can climb the hill behind the unit and get some great pictures of the Narrow Gauge Train as it winds along. It has a private yard with patio,and deck off the front. Custom decorated with every convenience, gas grill, fully furnished kitchen with crock pot,blender,coffee bean grinder, eating area, sliding doors to patio. Great room has a three story cathedral ceiling with eating or game table, sliding door to patio, TV, stereo, wood burning fireplace, DVD, VCR, (TV and DVD in each bedroom). Half bath is Adjacent. The laundry room has a w/d and soaking sink. A one car garage is adjacent. Master bedroom has queen bed, private deck, bath with 6x6 ft. Jacuzzi tub, shower stall and double sinks. Second bedroom has queen and twin with full bath tub & shower etc. Third bedroom has two queen beds.
