The Olive Tap

I love to cook with olive oils and balsamic vinegars. I always bought my products at the Olive Tap in Manitou Springs but if you don't get to Manitou Springs early enough it can be verydifficult...

Too hard to decide what to pick, most olive oil from Italy but some actually from Kalamata Italy. We also purchased a balsamic, blackberry and ginger, amazing taste. Like I said, hard to decide!

Friendly place. Great quality and variety of oils. Lots of good sauces and condiments.

This shop is amazing! I stopped here to buy some gifts bc I was an out of town visitor. I tried numerous balsamic vinegars. I found a peach balsamic that I selected. If I lived here I would come...
