Just paid $10 for this tasting box and the 5 pieces of cake were broken off and not complete. Rip off and a mess

I ordered a custom cake for my son's first birthday. It came with a complimentary smash cake. He liked it very much. (We liked our cake too)

The cake tasted fine but they charged me an EXTRA $125 for the custom frosting job that looked like it was done by a 1st grader.
