The Lumber Baron Inn & Gardens

The Lumber Baron Inn is a Victorian Mansion that serves as 3 business in one. The Inn is a bed and breakfast featuring upscale antique rooms, each with a jetted tub. The included breakfast is hot and gourmet. Its traditional, but with the addition of favored Scottish plates to honor the estates Scottish history. The Restaurant, served in the mansions grand parlors as well as in the outdoor rose gardens when the seasons allow, offers a number of dining and social experiences. Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday. It is all -you-can-eat buffet style, featuring dishes like omelets to order, Scottish toast (like French toast, but we like it better), Huevos Rancheros, A wide array of homemade baked goods and pastries, biscuits and gravy with Scottish sausage and much more, our chef - prepared buffet is plentiful. A full bar is open and bottomless mimosas are $12. Seatings are at 10am and noon and must be reserved by calling 303-477-8205 of through opentable.com High Tea is served daily in the afternoons from 3 - 6pm. A finely curated selection of teas will be paired with finger sandwiches, delicious chef prepared appetizers and desserts. Groups of up to 8 can dine in the turret room; a round room in the mansions top floor turret, with views overlooking Denver and the Highlands neighborhoods. For larger groups, space can be rented in our parlors, our gardens, or our ballroom. We offer private dining for groups large and small, and offer an extensive catering menu. Our facilities are great for corporate meetings as well as birthday parties and the spectrum in between. Finally, the Lumber Baron Inn serves as an event center. We host weddings that range from elopements, to full mansion takeovers. We host regular ticketed social events, such as wine pairings, whiskey and beer dinners, or dinners centered on a theme, and always paired course-by-course with the appropriate beverage. In addition, we host annual holiday parties, such as Halloween, New Years Eve and Memorial Day parties that are open to the public.
