In March of 2001, after serving 5 years as a captain and lawyer (JAG) in the U.S. Air Force, Mark joined the law firm of Shughart Thomson & Kilroy, P.C. (now Posinelli) where he was responsible for litigating complex commercial and business litigation matters. In addition, during this time, Mark began representing business clients on general business matters, labor and employment issues, and general real estate transactions. In 2006, Mark started his own firm. Mark Primarily represents small to medium size businesses in day-to-day business matters as well as individuals in criminal and family law matters..
