Stumbled upon this food truck at a school function. Menu had great selection of unique items based off elk and wild boar meat. Tasted great! Only draw back is how long it took to order and get food.

Specialties
We are a gourmet mobile food truck based in Divide, CO. Our specialties are: a seared Salmon club sandwich, Sliders with a choice of Bison and Elk. Also Fried Mac and Cheese with choice of adding Bacon, Tomatoes or Lobster and Garlic French Fries and a Wild Salad to die for. We opened on July 30, 2016 and are so excited about bringing a locally fresh, responsibly sourced food experience, the same you'd get at a high end restaurant.
