Formed in 1994, The Horse Protection League is a nonprofit organization specializing in the welfare of horses, ponies, donkeys and mules. It offers various volunteer and donation programs and charity shows. In addition, it offers membership and sponsorship programs. The league has mare and geldings horses, such as Appaloosa, Thoroughbred, Arabian and Pony of the Americas. Additionally, it provides a variety of animal adoption programs.
