We eat at the Egg&I in Highlands Ranch every once in a while. It's a chain, but it's managed locally so the menu is the same but the place looks different and actually this one here looks great....

I really like The Egg & I. Had an omelet with fruit and the dressed greens. Enjoyed a fresh kale juice as well. Good service and nice restaurant. I'd go back again.
