Beware of living here! The onsite property manager also probably owns the building and it's intentionally unclear. Creepy notes are left on doors of the complex. The lease includes vague language...

Worst land lord ever. Before we moved out he said once we were moved out he was totally renovating the apartment. We got a letter today for "cleaning" new carpet and filling of holes in the wall...
