We started our law practice here in Denver in 2007 after a successful fifteen year career in Los Angeles in litigation. Bret Beattie also brings a wealth of experience in fraud litigation and breach of fiduciary duties cases. He acquired his LLM at SMU and transitioned his litigation experience to work on ENRON, one of the largest fraud cases in history. Today we apply that experience and firepower to help the everyday business owner and consumer level the playing field with a variety of civil matters.

Our business is in legal services. We have a skilled team of trial attorneys who bring firepower to the courtroom for you, your family and/or your business. Our clients come to us who have been defrauded in business or wronged somehow and we are aggressive in making it right again. We also handle personal injury which usually involves insurance companies and we bring the firepower of the law to get our clients compensated.
