We returned home to find our Nest thermostat giving us an error code indicating it had lost power somewhere. We contacted The Bee heat and AC around 7pm and they were at our home within the hour....

temperature dropped to 27 degrees and we had a winter advisory coming. when I turned on the heater for the first time this year it wasn't pushing heat out. they came out and accessed at no cost....
