The Arvada Dragonfly

History

Originally built in 1901, the Victorian home has served as a private residence, a girl's home, and a long-term rental property. In 2014, the The Arvada Dragonfly began hosting guests for short-term rental. The Pearl and The Hummingbird are fully-furnished one bedroom apartments and The Garden is a fully-furnished two bedroom apartment. Since opening, we have hosted many out of town guests, primarily families of residents in The Arvada area. We have received excellent reviews and frequently experience repeat business. The location is prime in that it is down the hill from Olde Town by Ralston Creek.

Specialties

The Arvada Dragonfly offers short-term lodging near Old Town Arvada. Currently we offer three fully furnished apartments for nightly, weekly and monthly rental. The Pearl, The Hummingbird and The Garden are part of a Victorian home within walking distance to Olde Town. Each fully furnished apartment has its own private entrance and kitchen.
