Best time is early morning or late at night. Grab a ticket and charge but it's usually $1 per hour when you are done charging but it shouldn't take more than 30 min so for me it was free

Location could be better but there's not much room downtown for this sort of thing. It's free from 8-3pm M-F. After that regular rates apply. I've been there before 3pm and it wasn't validated....

We arrived after 3pm, so we paid $1 cash to enter the garage. It was nice to be indoors as it just started to snow when we got here. Charge speed was great, around 130kW with 4 other Tesla's...

I went to the Royal Gorge Train Ride this was the closest one from there. I didn't like you had to pay for the charge and the location. But whatever it was only $1.00

In a parking garage that you have to pay to get in to. All chargers were taken and very low. Terrible location.
