This is one of the best places to eat in Colorado. I am not kidding. We live in Springs and this by far beats any place there. Everything is wonderful. The green chili pepper appetizer is a must....

This was an interesting spot that I found while traveling through the Plains. The menu was eclectic, but everything was really good and fresh. I'm "one of those" and they had no issue...

Great place for dinner in Lamar. The deconstructed tamale was amazing, as were the brisket fajitas. Would have enjoyed more vegetables with the entree, but that didn't keep me from devouring it....

I was very disappointed today. Tavern 1301 was closed for lunch. I found out they were doing some maintenance work when the GM replied to my email. The food is great here and I look forward to...
