I found out after getting an appointment that this doctor is not covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield. I loved the Doctor but not being covered by BCBS and not informing people is disappointing....

Worst customer service. The employee(s) here are unpleasant to work with. I wish I would've walked away sooner. I will say - great lower end options but insurance coverage was also not great.
