History

We opened up our first food truck in Vernal, Utah in 2008, then expanding into a Taqueria also in Vernal, Utah. You can see all of our reviews and photos are mainly from this location. In 2017, we closed our doors in Vernal, Utah, because we wanted to move a little closer to home (Colorado). Today we have a food truck in Moab, Utah and a restaurant in Montrose, Colorado which we just opened June of 2020.
