We like our tacos like we like our bikes: hot, fast and made with high-end components. So, we use the freshest ingredients, organic and locally sourced when available, house made flour tortillas and we make each taco to order. Our menu may change due to ingredient availability because we won't settle for "department store" tacos. We only serve the best and freshest and won't settle for less. Neither should you.
